RATD: Setting Up Listening Channels

Access your dashboard by clicking RATD within Bosscart or directly at https://reviews.alavon365.com/app.

This article will guide you through the process of setting up listening channels in the reviews app.

Accessing the Reviews App

  1. To begin, navigate to the RATD app and log in.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your reviews and testimonials inbox.

Adding a New Channel

  1. To add a new channel, click the Channels tab on the left.
  2. On the channels screen, click the "Add channel" button on the right.
  3. You'll then see a number of different websites that you can collect testimonials from.
  4. Click the app that you want to connect.

Connecting to a Facebook Page

  1. Depending on the app, you’ll either be asked to sign in to your account or copy and paste the link to your profile. For a Facebook page, click the button to give permission via the Facebook website.
  2. If adding a Facebook page, be sure to select the correct page if you own multiple.
  3. You can connect unlimited channels in your account. (Send us a message to request multiple.)

Adding Tags to Channels

  1. If you need to segment your reviews coming from different channels, you might want to add a unique tag for each one.
  2. To do that, click the channel you'd like to tag.
  3. Click the add tag button on the right.
  4. Enter a descriptive tag and click add tag.
  5. Now every review that comes through this channel will have this tag and you can easily find it. Add as many tags as you want.

Automatic Approval of 5-Star Reviews

  • You can also check a box so that your 5-star reviews are automatically approved and they skip the inbox.

Deleting Tags

  • To delete a tag, click the trash icon next to it.

Saving Channel Settings

  • When you're all done, click "save channel".

Searching for Channels

  • If you need to quickly find a channel, use the search bar at the top.

This process allows you to set up listening channels in the reviews app.
